This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which Desire Dou LLC ("Desire Dou," "we," "us," or "our") offers refunds and handles cancellations for purchases made through https://www.doullcdesire.com. Because we provide professional and digital marketing services rather than physical goods, the terms below are adapted to the nature of our offerings. By purchasing our Services, you agree to this Policy.
Nature of our Services. The products sold on our Site are professional services and digital deliverables (such as audits, strategy, ad management, branding, websites, and content). These are non-tangible items that, once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. There is no physical shipment, and therefore no physical return is applicable to most purchases.
Cancellations before work begins. If you wish to cancel an order before any work has started or any deliverable has been provided, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting us at contact@doullcdesire.com. As long as we have not yet allocated resources or begun the engagement, we will refund the amount paid.
Recurring (monthly) services. Subscription-based services, such as monthly ad management or social content, are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Because work for the current period is performed and resources are committed in advance, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. We will not bill you for any subsequent period after cancellation.
One-time projects. For one-time projects (such as websites, branding, or audits), once we have begun the work, refunds are assessed based on the stage of completion. If a significant portion of the work has already been delivered or custom assets have been produced specifically for you, that portion is non-refundable, as it reflects time and resources already expended on your behalf.
Non-refundable situations. Refunds will not be issued where: the agreed deliverables have already been completed and delivered; the request is based solely on a change of mind after substantial work has been performed; the service outcome depends on factors outside our control (for example, third-party advertising platform decisions or your own assets and access); or the request is made after the applicable window described above.
How to request a refund. To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, email contact@doullcdesire.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within five (5) business days and to resolve eligible requests fairly and promptly.
Approved refunds. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or missing refunds. If you have not received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us so we can assist.
Chargebacks. We ask that you contact us first to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to working with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
